Counseling
I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I integrate evidence-based, body-informed approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and hypnotherapy, to support meaningful and lasting change. Each person’s process is unique, and I tailor our work to meet your needs while fostering a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship. My work also emphasizes nervous system regulation and a heart-centered approach, supporting you in reconnecting with your internal sense of safety, clarity, and alignment. Together, we create space for deeper healing, integration, and a more connected way of being in your life and relationships. I offer individual, family, and group therapy both in person and via secure video for clients in Georgia and telemental health services for clients in Florida.
I offer consultation and training for clinicians seeking to deepen their clinical skills, confidence, and integration of their work. These offerings are available in both individual and group formats, in person and via secure video. Current offerings include consultation groups focused on hypnotherapy, as well as guidance on integrating nervous system regulation into trauma work, supporting both client care and the therapist’s own regulation and presence. I also have the honor of teaching Dr. Becky Beaton-York’s Clinical Hypnotherapy Certification Program through The Knowledge Tree (A Summit Company) and present on a variety of additional topics through The Knowledge Tree.
I recognize the depth and complexity of working as a therapist in today’s world. Many clinicians are holding space for others while also navigating their own capacity, meaning, and sense of alignment within the work. My approach is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in real-world application, while also honoring the deeper layers of presence, intuition, and connection that inform the therapeutic process. I support clinicians in moving from learning to embodied practice, integrating approaches in a way that feels both effective and aligned with who they are. I also support clinicians in addressing their own blocks, learning in ways that honor how they naturally process and integrate information, and navigating experiences of overwhelm and imposter syndrome that can arise in the work. I value keeping things real and accessible, and I often incorporate humor as part of the learning process to create a space that feels engaging, supportive, and sustainable
Clinical Consultation
I offer a range of groups, classes, and workshops that support both personal and professional growth through experiential learning and meaningful skill development. With years of experience as a trainer, I have come to deeply value the impact of learning in smaller, more intimate group settings, where there is space not only to gain knowledge, but to truly experience and integrate the work. I intentionally create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and engaging, allowing participants to relax, flow with the process, and connect more fully with both the material and themselves.
Topics may include nervous system regulation, heart-centered practices, HeartMath® Coherence Advantage™ training, as well as approaches that deepen self-awareness, emotional processing, and connection within oneself and in relationship with others. These offerings are designed to be both practical and integrative, supporting participants in moving beyond information and into embodied understanding. Learning in this type of setting allows for reflection, shared experience, and real-time application, often leading to deeper insight and more lasting change.
Groups, classes, and workshops are offered in person and online, depending on the format and focus of each experience, creating accessible opportunities for engagement in a way that feels both meaningful and applicable to everyday life.

Focused Healing Intensives
Healing intensives offer a focused, extended session (typically 3–4 hours) designed to support deeper processing and meaningful shifts in a shorter period of time. This format allows for more continuity and integration than traditional weekly sessions and may reduce the need for ongoing therapy over an extended timeframe. Intensives are scheduled on an individual basis and may utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, hypnotherapy, or heart-aligned counseling, or an integration of multiple modalities to support both nervous system regulation and deeper emotional healing. We design a plan that fits for you.
These sessions are intentionally structured in a way that aligns with the nervous system, beginning with time for regulation and anchoring, allowing the work to unfold at a pace that feels supportive rather than pressured by time constraints. This creates space to follow where the mind and body naturally need to go in the healing process, rather than needing to stop at a predetermined point. Toward the end of the intensive, time is set aside for further processing and integration, allowing the experience to more fully settle and metabolize within the system. Many people find this format to be gentle, supportive, and deeply restorative, appreciating the opportunity to step outside of a structured schedule and engage in their healing at a pace that feels right for them. Some clients also prefer this model because it allows for less frequent sessions while still supporting meaningful, in-depth work and giving time for the process to continue integrating between sessions.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.”
